I also had a problem playing milfjack / blackjack. It seems as though the Hit me button does nothing. I think it has to do with the screen not refreshing after you click it. Just click Hit me, switch to another application (Alt-tab), and then come back. If you play in windowed mode (alt-enter), you can simply click on another window then back on Milftoon.
Painful, but it worked for me!
