Why choose between them when you could just make a save of each choice and play both routes going forward?

I think that we are forced to choose between the doctor and Gloria too early, on the one hand the most interesting (for me) character versus a pig in a poke.

One one hand I agree more time to learn about the Doc and her ulterior motives wouldn't have hurt, on the other what's there to think about? Every woman in this game has a screwed moral compass at times even more so than the MC himself. They all have had some rotten goal in mind so far and we know Gloria plans to eventually dispose of the MC so you have to ask yourself, what scenes do you expect to get out of her route? Threesome? Doubt it, she's too possessive to share. Getting into Alices pants? Maybe, if you are lucky. More anal? For sure, but that's it.
Compared to that we don't know anything about the doc yet and there's a ton of possible scenes involving her and the hospital staff which makes exploring the route interesting.
If their patreon is any indication, branching out into different routes has been a goal from the start and I don't see why a professional company would suddenly need more development time. They have had a decent track record of meeting their release schedule so far.

I'd say that art here is top! ^^ Really nice work with it.
Story is amusing too, sometimes too twisted that it's practically a farce, but still quite entertaining.
Too bad that, compared to those above, UI and gameplay are so disastrous.
Constant game glitching stress my eyes, because of it, mouse position is not so easy to locate, so interface becomes tiring and annoying very fast.
Tips and hints that I get from dialogues are almost uncomprehendable sometimes and do not make any sense to me, like, I've searched for a swimsuit on 2 screens for 10-15 minutes, then I gave up on that idiotic process, dl a walkthrough and learned that, in fact, you just have to give money to Gina and she gives you a suit in return. Like, lolwhat? How does this make any sense? Why would I give her money and hoping a specific thing in return? A spare one or something? For what? How is my guess supposed to work this out of the given situation? Or just don't think and click on? And there is a lot of this during the game process, which is very disappointing and spoils the fun by much. Constant switching 'walkthrough<->the game' is not something I've expected tbh...
So I'd say that the game itself is very nice in art/story, but with a rather messy UI and is unpassable without a detailed walkthrough (thanks for guys who have done it!).
Still a big thanks for doing this game, I hope you'll try to improve not-so-well-done aspects in the future upds! ^^
