Click ESC while playing the game to get the Load Menu OR click "LOAD" from the main menu once you start the game (exactly after the Milftoon logo animation)

Have you tried loading from an earlier save (before the bug and better yet from the previous version) and trying again?

Your Save files might be corrupted.
Download the Save file (check 1st post) from 0.25 if you do not have a Save file from an earlier version (or start of this one before the bug appeared) and try again.
Also , make sure that you do the following:
1. Run the Game as Administrator (at least once)
2. Set to Windows 7 Compatibility if you are on Windows 8 or 10.

Backup your 04 Save before overwriting it with this one just in case
Save location is at :
C:\Users\-NAME OF YOUR USER - \AppData\Local\Milftoon\Milftoon Drama - 015+\Savegames

Gina literally ^_^ , warns Joey to Save his game ^_^ before continuing.
For the Quit thing - It is far easier to solve bugs this way as the game will know where to leave off next time. In the past we wouldn't allow players to save but players got confused as they didn't know if that version ended or not.
