It's a badly worded quest in the walkthrough. You need to go to the kitchen where she cleans, not the bathroom

To find the laundry , you need to visit her in the bathroom WITHOUT turning off the heater. Just walk in after 18:00 while she showers that day without turning off the heater. After that , you can visit the and view the laundry every day at any time.
