Bad news for me - after MILFtopia I was approved for Steam (it had a release date appointed) followed two weeks of discussions and the final decision was to refuse it. As it appeared there is nothing in the game which is against their rules (they officially allow incest) they decided to refuse it as it contains "depictions of real people" - which, of course, is impossible, as it contains only artificially created 3D models.

This is sad news, did they at least say which model they thought was a real person?
It's not like the problem was the photos used in the various posters on the walls of the bedroom and not the actual models of the girls, but they were so vague in their answers that it didn't seem like that was the problem?

Should be this, can't guess for anything else. But they didn't "participate" in any XXX related action and they are legally free (the posters I mean)

Well, I imagine so, but when it comes to real people they probably try to protect themselves as much as possible.
Just with music, even if it's copyright-free, as soon as there's a change in rights and a DMCA is filed, they take the game down immediately (like what happened to DriftyGames for Leap of Faith) until the song are fixed, let alone if it involves real people portrayed without their consent, if the photo's free usage rights suddenly change for whatsoever reason, it's probably a risk they can't afford to take.
Is there no way to fix this and re-release the game? Because, in my opinion, it would be a shame to have gotten this far only to have it removed for something like this.

Yes, I understand. I'm annoyed to myself that didn't know those things before. Making new totally made by me posters is 5 minutes and 10 minutes rendering.
And no - they wrote that even I change something in the game they will not accept it (and they actually didn't wrote what is the problem).

And there is the possibility of the hyper-realism of DAZ models. On the room TV there are several visible part of XXX scenes as if part of a movie (actually they are cropped parts of the scenes of the game itself). There is a possibility they rejected the game because of them - just in case. Because it's kinda weird if rejected because of the posters to not allow even to replace/remove them.

I don't know, it could be, but since it's part of the game itself maybe not, to be safe it could be fixed too, even if I would definitely feel like the real photos are the problem, but you never know and considering the situation, maybe it's better be safe than sorry.
Perhaps this is something that could be asked at a later time, assuming someone takes the trouble to answer clearly.

They could thought those are parts of real live XXX movies. Anyway - it's no use to think more about it (although I'll replace the posters just in case).

Well that explains why the game disappeared from my steam wishlist. Sorry to hear that they fucked you over for something insignificant. I doubt highly that it had anything to do with the DAZ models themselves, but Zoltan is more than likely correct in that it had something to do with the background posters or something. I've seen games denied for t-shirts as well that depict real life bands (like KISS t-shirts for instance). Some devs have had some luck reapplying at a later date, but with Steam and VN's of any kind its always a crapshoot as their standards are too loosely based in the personal opinion of whoever does the review.

Basically on Subsriberstar everyone can get the final (Steam version - w/o any steam attachment) version for one time 10 bucks payment (all you need to cancel before the end of the 30 days period)

Will there ever be a version for the poor? I was translating your game into my language, and I would like to finish it. In my country there is not even SWIFT.

.271 which is listed here is almost the final. Only the single last image (a hint for MILFtopia II and just a little bit of interactivity + some 20 or so images were reworked).
