Good start, you might want to look at the foot pose that comes with the shoes to fix the pose of the feet so the toes don't clip, and also with the hair under surface tab i believe its the glossy effect, if you lower that it should get rid of that shine. Been a while since i messed around with it, and just lower her a bit so her feet are touching the ground.
