Im not sure whats going on but I've tried 4 different downloads and the game constantly freeze's/ stops working the farthest I've got is able to click around my room at the start but if I try to save it will immediately freeze and stop working, I'm not the best with computers so I'm not sure whats going on.

Any help will be appreciated it always says the .exe stops working anytime I right click to save in the room, and in between scenes it freezes on the black screen and "stops working" before taking a minute or two to continue.

Have you tried extracting it with a different program?

I just tried with 7-zip and previously used winrar, when using 7-zip I even started a new game to test if it was the old save being corrupted, nope as soon as I got to the room and tried to save, same thing game crashes saying the .exe stopped working, I don't think Im doing anything wrong? unless Im suppose to move certain files somewhere after extracting or something.

Do you know where the saves are stored? Have you tried clearing out that folder? Just delete the whole folder and try it. You can always restore them if that does not work.

RenPy is relative easy on CPU but eats away on red/write operations for HDDs and RAM

Which resources did you check with task manager?
RenPy is relative easy on CPU but eats away on red/write operations for HDDs and RAM

I primarily checked and watched the CPU, Memory, Disk percentages, none were heavy while game was running

A) Have you used Daz? It is ridiculously easy to use. A1) The animations "were" top class. Years ago. .6 animations were terrible in every regard. At this point, the animations are "C" grade at best. A2) the renders are ok, not great. Slutbag Linda is ok. Alcoholic Caroline is ok. The Gremlin is OK. Celia is OK. There are many other games with equal and better models now. So that rates a C+ or B-.

What is "good" about this story? "Oh MC I love your cock. You penetrated me so that this makes this the best sex evarrrr." "Look there is a woman. I think I will rape her as she sleeps." The so-called "story" as I have said before. It is no better than pulling random Scrabble tiles out to make a story. That rates a D grade. It rates an A if you like first-class incel based stories. The writing reminds me of a 12 year old pre-pubescent's view of women.

That comes out to a "C" average. Hardly any great shakes in today's competitive porn game market. When you factor in 12 months to produce the last sub-par release (.6) the grade drops to a "C-".

Both of these statements are complaints. Lack of timely releases and lack of animations in the last release. Icstor took forever to release .6. And when he did finally release .6 it had very few animations. How is that hypocritical again? Yup, "I do not think it means what you think it means".

No one knows yet. That may very well be the way it turns out. Although that would mean more work for Icstor. And we all know how Icstor feels about work.

op of the line? Not hardly. Mine isn't, and plays the game just fine. And his problem isn't the main menu; it's actually playing the game.

You can always install the compressed version is you want to keep a copy to replay. Although, I personally have only replayed "My New Life" when it was in the original format. Every other game I play it once and chuck it. So, that's your call.

Shouldn't be to much of problem. The save files are stored seperatly from the game files. So as long as you simply delete the game files you lose nothing. Wait for the next version, download it and you will be at the exact same point were you saved last. Unless the old savefiles wouldn't be compatible anymore, but that would be a problem which would hit everyone.
