Just talked to one of the admin of the discord channel. He claims that the update will release tonight. I don't know where ICSTOR is based, But I think it will be around 11:00

I don't think we will be able to play today as the alpha or the beta version will release for the higher patreon tier only
I doubt he will do any beta versions anymore if he really plans to do bi-weekly releases.
