The author ICSTOR did some games. They seem quite old but they are good I think ^^ I'm quite new at f95zone so I cannot really answer you ! ^^

If you like this game try:

Milf's Control (Same creator, shitty card game mechanic and the models aren't as good but still worth playing IMO if hypnosis kink is your thing)
Dreams of Desire (Another incest game based around hypnosis, though the element is quickly dropped after a few scenes. Better quality character models.)
Man of the House (Yet another sandbox incest simulator, very mature project with lots of content, fast update cycle)
F.I.L.F. (The writing hits some of my personal porn plot pet peeves and I didn't like it, but it's very similar to milfy city so it might be your thing)
Summertime Saga (Another sandbox incest sim, 2D, game is currently a broken mess due to unfinished codebase rewrites but it might be worth your time anyway)

@darkporn07 check out the Ren'Py remakes of ICSTOR's games - much better than the original RPGM versions. Milf Villa is better than Milf's Control, IMO.
