The "spy cam" is a telescopic camera. The MC uses it to see under the door. He doesn't install it in the bathroom.

Yes, the game is still complete. No different than any other game that is complete then gets DLC later on, eg;Fallout 3/NV/4, Skyrim, Starfield......and on and on. DLC after all is downloadable content, addon.

It's complete in the sense of a money grab bare minimalism completion. However, if you want a proper epilogue and ending to the game it will be behind a further additional paywall.

I'm stuck on Linda's questline. I talk to her in the livingroom in the morning and she asks me to wash the dishes. There are no dishes in the kitchen for me to wash. I skipped through a week in game trying to do just this one quest every day, and dishes never appear in the kitchen. I'm guessing its a bug? Any help would be welcome.

It does work, I used it for mine. When you click on the mod menu there's an option to add money. It's the first option on there.
