yesterday I saw that its been completed, I downloaded the v1.0e version.
but, now when loading my old save(being detected), it says it wont work, and to start a fresh new game.

No, there is no workaround. Some structural changes require starting a new game. This is not unusual when playing unfinished games.

Well, I like the original version, but after I played the new version. I can't continue. I don't know but when the VN is 100% completed I will finish.
The implausibility of Celia's story motivated me to rewrite the game. The scenario is inherently absurd, of course, but I think I at least eliminated the inconsistencies in the story and the decisions and statements that made Celia seem like an idiot.
My guess is that the reason this game is called Milfy is because Icstor couldn't continue calling his games "Incest whatever". His name Icstor is literally short for incest story and every one of his previous games had the word incest in the title. But if you want to be on Patreon you can't do that no more so Milfy is as close as he can get.
