I do not think you can do both, restoring the missing content and not include incest. Hopefully another person can provide a better answer.
I found an old comment from the other Incest mod, recommended deleting a certain file so I did and so far it's working.

Haven't played this game in several years? Was this game ever completed? Or did other people add to it with the "content restoration" patch?
It is "officially" completed but several endings were promised in dlc's.
With the first dlc already overdue for around year.
The content restoration patch reverts Celia her route that you blackmail her. It also restored Sidra and her daughter because in the "final version" that route doesn't exist anymore.
