Having a full save file won't give you anything more than you can get with the gallery unlock!

A couple of things I need to know, are you using a 0.61 save file? If yes, delete it and start over because the save files aren't compatible. If no then have you clicked on the spy glass in the inventory?
Now the neighbours. That storyline is gone, you should be able to enter to get the secret pics though.

the ia decided to move up the camera still new on this hahaha from now on i gona ask command to stay still the camera for no more suprise hehehe

Are you sure you have used right click and save as... for the unlocker.rpyc?
Because it unlock all photos and scenes by default.
