If people didn't complain so much ... a lot of good games wouldn't end up (a) *pure garbage.
Also, people who seem to always find something to complain about look like whiny bitches. Not saying that's you at all. Just generally there is a fine line that separates complaining-whining.
You are 100% correct. In today's society, ruled by negativity, *complaints and criticism give us the best things.
Well man, if this is how are best looks then it's painfully obvious, to me anyway, are best sucks fucking balls. If EVERYONE complained a bit less, was a tad more supportive than critical, we would end up with even better things. Giving constructive criticism to your peers is worth more then a thousand anon likes, being supportive while doing so is a fn ga changer. I think we can all strive to be a bit more positive but developers and creators are given well deserved tags for contributions to the community. It also gives your comments more pull and makes them highly influential. Maybe I'm getting soft (age?, the holidays? Idfk) but using that infuence to show positive support to peers will likely build more unity and understanding among the lesser community members who, hold the developer tag to a higher standard.
TL;DR Devs have more influence then I think you realize. Be nicer and others will follow ...or don't, of course, the choice is yours( keep that in mind)
