hey im new but what is Patches is this additional content ? is that a must ? or u can just play it normaly ?

Patches tend to be for things not normally in the game. They can be for incest content, walkthroughs or any number of other things. The patch should be named what it does.

If you check the OP here, you will see Patches and Extras. Everything is those are patches. Some do translations. Some add Incest. Some are for cheats. But all are patches.
Thankfully i successfully installed the game with the incest patch.
about the extra, Language i dont need it, Save i dont need it im playing from the start, for Cheat i just need to play the game and enter it to laptop in bedroom right ?

For cheats you will need to use Unren or some other type editor.

Hey everyone!
Good news! Milfy Day 0.8.9 is pretty much in the bag!
Since this is a public post, so no NSFW or spicy details here. Right now, I'm deep into the final stages: running through the entire gameplay loop, squashing those pesky bugs, and adding some extra polish like new renders and character portraits. I've also created some new locations! You'll see places like Zoey's Bedroom, the Police Department, the Mine, and a new area on the Beach. They're going to feature heavily in the new storyline! Quick note: they don't have full free-roam interaction yet, so you won't be able to just wander over to them during Free Mode (yet!).
Long story short: You can dive into this shiny new update this Thursday, October 16th!
