You need to unlock an event named "code of dreams" from what the "needs" tip is telling you.

In order to unlock that event so you can proceed with May, you first need to get Fiona's relationship level to 27. Once you do that, and do the code of dreams event that unlocks when you do, you can continue with May

wow, that is one sketchy site. and the 2 download sites too.

also... 1 day 5 hours to download due to being throttled to 50kbps. they actually explicitly told me it will take that long. i thought they were just trying to sell me on buying their premium service. but no, it really will take 29 hours to download
