Must be a bug, I did the other way around and the red dress apeared.

I selected in the 1st playtrough, the Leather dress (I love them) , made QSave ,played till the end of that update, loaded QSave and selected the Red Dress, as I wrote the coment there was no more content on Rachel route.
I got both gallerys unlocked.
