No matter what you think, this game was released on Steam not as Early Access but as the completed version of Chapter 1.
And what the developer is currently working on is Chapter 2.

Maximus14 - Played the update 0.34 after a long while. I must say, when the story is focused around few characters, it flows well. When Rachel and MC get together, you may add certain elements of realism in the scenes like:
1. Rachel passing out multiple times due to the sheer excitement.
2. She didn't know she could squirt but being with MC made her and that was a huge accidental surprise.
3. The bed breaking with the action.
4. Both Rachel and MC's bodies bearing visible signs of their action - love bites, sore knees, nail/bite marks
5. Losing track of time until they realise Esmeralda passed out due to excessive fingering outside their bedroom. Kendra went home hungry while the dinner went cold.
6. Multiple cumshots to the point it has overflown on Rachel's thighs and refuses to wash off as it has dried.
7. General dishevelment of Rachel and MC's hair, body and physical/emotional fatigue.
You don't need extra kinks, costumes or fetishes. Inclusion of these minor events adds to the surrealism and immersion in the story, not to mention the grand payoff after so much build up.
The developer made a mistake by including too many female characters that in the end they didn't know how to bring out the best in each character.

Here's an Incest patch for Milfylicious. It changes the dialogue to explicitly state that Rachel is the MC's biological mother, changes dialogue so that the MC never addresses or even thinks of her by her first name, and changes dialogue that even hints at Rachel being the MC's stepmom. It also varies forms of address i.e. mom/mother, aunt/auntie, sis/sister. I also attempted to remove any audio that uses the word stepmom (though I'm certain I didn't get them all).
The patch also corrects a couple of narrative inconsistencies and some grammatical errors (while making some errors of my own, but I think there's more positive than negative) though this is first and foremost an incest patch so these (hopefully) improvements were targets of opportunity and don't really start showing up until Rachel enters the story.
Also starting with the last scene in Chapter 1 I lock out the outfit choices because it was just easier for me, so I hope you like the outfits I picked.

TomHook I haven't checked out your patches. It's only been a few minutes! Are they compatible with the WT/gallery mod? I don't think that mod changes dialogue, but just in case; plus, you know someone had to ask.

I don't know, I use URM for everything now so I haven't tried it with the walkthrough mod, but I do change the text in some choices so I'd say they probably conflict.
Edit: Just looking at the walkthrough files, my patch will certainly overwrite the walkthrough.

Okay, I think fans and players can work with that. As your patch overwrites the walkthrough, if anyone wants to test (I might get around to it, myself), a good idea might be to install the WT first, then your patch, and see what happens. Installing your patch first, then the WT, will undo your rewrites.

In picture 2, i think her belly have unbalanced ratio with all body. That poses also need modify with that big butt. It not smooth.
