How much "mongrel mentality"! It saddens me to see Latin American brothers who feel inferior, who don't know their own history, whose heads are full of propaganda and prejudice. If you want to say you're inferior, talk about yourself without including others, as if other peoples were different. All other peoples think of themselves first, and that's natural for human beings.
