Because at some point they will have to choose between deleting content or expanding storage. Data cost isn't free and AI games are going to be taking a vast majority of that in the future. You can say games aren't hosted on this site and you would be correct but every time a new game is added it uses up data and it may take awhile but with how massive the influx of ai games are you will see some sort of new rule regarding AI games within the next few years.

Personally if it was me id sort them out for quality too because finding specific non ai games are going to be hell when we have thousands of page of AI slop games.

You're kinda talking against yourself here a bit. If AI games are gonna take more and more of the market then there's gonna be more of them here anyway and it would detrimental to the people running this site to regulate them.

Not to mention that VN's like Luminary Protocol shows that there's definitely a future for AI games.

I've seen a few good AI games buuuuuut I think they could tone down on those mainly NTR phone games. There are several new ones a day and there isn't much difference between them.

Reminds me of the early days of incest games when they all had pretty much the same plot. MC coming back after 5 or so years away, dead dad, mother and 2 sisters. Older sister was always a bitch, younger sister was always a sweetheart.

Glad that stopped .... oh, wait.

It's like people see a trend and cling to it ...... adult gaming is turning into TikTok.

Oh I don't dispute that most of them are bad, just that they can be very good and they are just gonna get better. Story and characters are of course still a must.

I downloaded one of those phone games once. Looked at it for about a minute, and deleted it. I will never do that again.

You mentioned one of the better AI games and there are a few I really like but quite a few of them are lazy trash.

I'd love to see more good ones and less of the lazy phone games, time will tell I guess.

New game version v0.36 is out.
But seems it combines now both, the normal and the AI version.
With that the download is now even compressed almost 4GB.
Also for me this new release is braking most of the later saves, too...

I check at some free time if I continue the Mod. For the Android port I am
not really sure it makes sense to continue (to big now for a usual port)

I think the combined version file is entirely too big, To test the worst case available option, I downloaded the 4K version and it is 14.6 GB! Gofile struggles with that size download.
I prefer to just have the original artwork variant, as the newer high resolution version doesn't add anything that is preferable.

Why merge the AI and normal versions?! First, the AI version is garbage. Second, it breaks save files and walkthrough mode, and lastly, it forces us to download everything when only the normal version is worthwhile.

Probably because he wants people getting used to the AI. Wouldn't shock me if going forward is the AI only version.

What is hilarious which was pointed out to me, the official Android version isn't even the combined version, it is ONLY THE AI version :KEK:

So, the conspiracy theory about doing away with the normal version eventually could be true.
