I like adult games. 253 pages of comments have been written. I'm sure it's good. I tried this game but unfortunately it was boring. I guess it's not for everyone.

The Art was great. The story not so much.
Sadly the dev acted like he was affected by ADHD with all the games he started and never probably finished.

When he made the decision to rush endings with Milky Touch and start all over again with Neon Touch he justified it by saying "Go big or go home!" Apparently Milky Touch never met his expectations in terms of revenue. Thats why he wanted to start Neon Touch and go big with it.

It turned out: He went home.

I believe that his attempts to start projects other than "Milky Touch" - and ultimately, MT's closure and "Neon Touch" start - were dictated by MT not being profitable enough to break even. If your game brings you losses and not profit you just can't afford to continue the development. In my opinion it wasn't "ADHD", it was a search for a project that would be more popular with the public.

Keeping the costs down is probably the reason behind some of the "Milky Touch" development details - like the gradual loss of detailed backgrounds in the sex scenes, or that experiment with two black and white pictures by another artist.

Voice acting is expensive! Choosing to add VO when the game was already in the red was probably not a great idea.
Then again I habitually mute VO so incredible bias.

It's a bad form to give advises well after the fact, but what I'd do is keeping the game unvoiced during the development - and if it's popular and generates money, then I'd make a voice-over patch after the full release. (If there's enough surplus money during the development then may be moans in sex scenes could be voiced, but a full voice-over should be postponed after the release.) A game with every update being voiced might bring some additional buyers/supporters, but it's always popularity vs expenses balancing act.

Guys, a couple of days ago Mosspark have posted a full collection of all his Studio Kuma work, including the Milky Touch OST, Neon Touch OST as well as three files that should've become the Milky Touch audiodrama. They don't contain much - no music, no voiceovers, just the sound effects. Still, a worthy addition to a fan's collection. A memorabilia item, you might say.

My thoughts on what the plot was supposed to be:

Having only the sound effects, I can only guess what the idea and plot were. And my guess is - a single plane flight (probably of MC and Claudia together); 1st episode had MC masturbating at the end (probably peeping on Claudia); 2nd episode had a scene with dildo/masturbation wand in the middle and a blowjob(?) plus dildo scene at the end; 3rd episode had a vaginal sex scene and some more dildo action - in a car, sounds like. Oh, and in the end it all turns out to be MC's dream.

Are the story mod and voice mod compatible? I'm thinking not...? Both have script_day22_Claudiabeach.rpy and that seems to be the trigger point for both.
