Damn I recognized those names, it's based off this webnovel written by the author. I had to check to see if it was the same guy. Unfortunately the guy translating stopped.

Finally, it's here! I played the Japanese version with Google Translate and was able to understand some of the content, and it was still fun. I’d love to see the English version.
Check your settings in-game. For some reason two of the volume settings are set to 0%
I'm running into a tonnnn of "failed to load" issues throughout the entire game, making it impossible to move forward in certain parts. It's for both audio and png files. I've tried it with both v 1.3.0 and 1.1.0 (which downloads as 1.2.0? is that intentional)?

.I recommend playing 1.1.0, 1.3.0 basically just adds some DLC scenes in the gallery. you can just watch them after playing 1.1.0.
If you want to play 1.3.0, just drag the 1.1.0 audio file into 1.3.0 game folder, without deleting the 1.3.0 audio folder. This will replace most of the audio file names to fix the issues.
The 1.1.0 shouldn't have issues with untranslated text I think.

I'm currently reading this and the JP creator's website using Google Translate.
For everyone else, I suggest reading it, since there are several different scenarios that's not in the game. For example, Aria's tutoring side story is actually Karta's story, with all three of them involved, and it affects the main story.
I hope the creator will add these to the game.

To the OP:
Could you add a big red warning text to your original post about the menu translation in version 1.3?
Something like:
"IMPORTANT: Version 1.3 menu had not been translated. Play 1.1 throughout its entirety and then play 1.3 for the extra content."
I saw the picture and description and immediately downloaded 1.3 without realizing the issue. It would really help others avoid the same mistake.

It looks like the creator is making another game. I'm assuming it's not out yet, but from what I'm seeing, it's taking place in Ancient Japan. I still haven't finish reading the JP creator's story on the website so I don't know if the new game's story exist yet.
