Probably a problem with the version update.
"Aona's new Bra"-Event cannot be seen without seing "Bra shopping with Aona"-Event first. The quest system sometimes struggles a bit with goals that have been finished before the new version even introduced the new quest system. So it probablyjust had a problem with tracking, if the event has already been seen.
But it is only a UI bug and will not influence the game itself, as long as you're not dependend on the quest list.
The quest system will be improved over time in the future.
EDIT: If the problem is that, you really haven't seen "Bra shopping with Aona", or the game thinks, you have not seen it, then that would be bad, since that event is needed, to start the Theoretical Sex Ed Event chain. In that case, you can use the cheat menu to manually trigger the event chain. Manual is below in Spoiler tag.

I honestly haven't a clue how these 'goals' complete, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't, like how do I talk to Emiko to start the sex education, I also don't seem to have a History class, it's always maths.

Not all events are available from the start. To start the Sex Education Questline, 3 different events have to be finished first. To unlock the cafeteria, a certain event variant has to be discovered. First time naughty happens after you've done enough counselling sessions. First class introduction happens the first time you teach a class.
When beginning a game, or when loading a savegame from 0.1.3 or older, you get prompted to select a proficiency. Either Math or History. After selecting which, you will only be able to teach that subject, since you lack proficiency in the other subject. But you can change that by learning a subject in the office, which is available in the morning and costs 500$.

Ah found the problem. Thanks for reporting. It's an event path variant I missed. will be fixed in next update.
the models look quite similar to those used in 'the headmaster', are you guys pulling from similar resource packs or something?

I would imagine that Honey Select only has so much to work with and it's a limitation of the medium.
Exactly that. I use Honey Select 2. The Headmaster also uses Honey Select, though I don't know if it's 1 or 2.
And Honey Select is a bit limited in terms of customization.
Seeing the game and reading the story made me curious. But then I took a look at the pictures...and unfortunately I only could find big busted girls...what makes me really sad. All the girls a shaped c+ cup-size...that's boring.
Ah and not to forget...I miss the virgin tag. I know, these days girls are very early with sex...but a least not all of them. So I wonder, if there are some virgins at this school?

Hi, technically you could say that these girls could be virgin, since the whole premise is the girls being prude af until the headmaster comes and turns them around. But the transition between those two extremes isn't particularly normal. So I didn't really plan that aspect in. Their "first time" will probably also not be normal, since the game will focus on corruption and hypnosis and stuff.

What a shame if of a poll. If the game is about corruption and debauchery in a school full of girls, not including any guys other than the MC makes it feel incomplete. Why not making it an optional feature, though? Just on and off and that's it, everybody wins.
Well the majority voted against optional. But it will be optional nonetheless, since I will be adding male students via mods.
I don't get how this game plays. I think leveling up the school blocks certain unlocks, like the one that's supposed to come from the counseling activity.
