Unable to progress with Trix's band. I talk to the worker who says the band is on in about 15mins, but there's no optiosn after.
Also, lots of video files missing during Drake and Jessica scene.

I had the same issue till I just clicked on talking to worker again. That got me to the band scene, which worked fine afterwards till the later mini-game.

As far as the "bad end" is hinting....yes. However, it looks like a very long and laborious journey peppered with game breaking bugs...
It took a very long time just to be able to load your saves as at first u'd have to start the game over and over again with every update.
I really didn't believe that this game would be so exciting, but when I played it, I was amazed. It's a great game.

Playing the game and like it so far.
Have seen some bugs. Wondering if down the line they are gamebreaking or are they easy fixes. This one was when visiting cypher's new porn link and there was another right before it concerning a macro right after coming home from the ripperdoc.

So the Dr. Hart stuff has been removed by the dev for whatever reason, but you can jump to FirstHormonalTherapy passage for the old content.
Edit: Checked dev's roadmap diagram, they put the Dr. Hart stuff for implementation later, but basically it's gonna feature no new content:
