Hmm, I don't know why the item dissapeared, will look into it. Anyway, you don't need to use that item on anything, that's just a hint on how to fix the sound system. Maybe you already fixed it, so it dissapeared? As for the Light system, as Dino1000 said, you need a mop and lightbulbs.
