Now getting back to business.

Sadly during this past month I haven't had as much time as I would love to work in the project. Personal stuff and sickness have taken the free time that I would love to have used for Ministry of Monster Girls.

But, it's not all bad news! This time away has helped me to refresh my mind and get new and exiting ideas to further improve and develop what I had already planned.

That being said, I would love to announce that version 0.2 of Ministry of Monster Girls is in the work

I'm not entirely sure when I'll finish the update since these days are to be around with the family, but I'll try to work on the project on the little bits of time that I have available.

Since the beginning I wanted to do monthly updates but things aren't always as you want, and I don't want to let the project more than 2-3 months without updates, so expect version 0.2 to be done late January/early February.

Finally after a few decades without updates, our protagonists, Mely and Narrator have something to share.

First of all, I want to apologize for not being able to update the game sooner. A lot of stuff happened but I don't want to go into details since most of those are excuses for my incompetence.

Without further ado, here's the changelog for 0.1.5 :

Bug fixes:

• In Michael event 1 the game closes when ignoring calls
• Events not matching their requirements
• Samantha status being unknown
• UI not hiding when interacting with some of the girls
• Events not registering completion
• Love interactions playing before unlocking sex scene

General changes:

• Changed interaction rewards
• Lowered interaction menu to allow seeing the character's expression
• Adjusted event requirements
• Corrected multiple grammar mistakes
• Grammar corrections in some image plates (the floating words in events)

v0.1.5 adds 5 new events with 191 renders and 4,251 words

Honestly kinda wish there were separate tags for actual monster girls and "trust me bro she's a monster" girls. Maybe sounds kinda silly to complain about, but there are so many games like this, and I think those of us who like the weird shit would appreciate it.

It's the same "MC is put in charge of 3456 Koikatsu women with a renpy menu sandbox. Every canned interaction will be 'you spent time with X and earned 1 affection point.' And the underlying theme will be either depression, racism, or existential dread."

Played one, played them all.

I will say, however, at least the UI got touched.

I don't mind actual sandboxes but this is just another fake sandbox. Devs can't seem to understand that a list of menu items isn't a sandbox... It's also missing the "humor" tag, and I wish there was a tag for "annoying as fuck dialogue effects."

I couldn't deal with it long enough to say what the story is about.

Of course you didn't, you didn't get enough affection points to learn that all the girls have been bullied because of their race or are depressed.

It's a linear game that adds 4290865 clicks between story events. They all learn from the same place, and I hope that place gets erased from the internet.

Sounds about right. There are a lot of fake choices and repeating mind numbingly tedious interactions. It's still bad even with skip unseen text enabled. A poor first impression for me.

How the hell do you unlock any scenes? I finished up 0.1.5 but not a single damn scene. How does the game end before I unlock all the girls events?
