just started playing, are the non-corruption answers to choice supposed to be the "romance" options, or have I just not gotten far enough. I'm at the part where mc get a call from liane for help

The updates dont really progress the story but updates inbetweens i guess.....I am not gonna replay the whole thing for those few changes, rather wait.

Yes, that's the idea. Most of the time the momlove stat (her romance stat) won't increase; I think it only increases twice throughout the game so far. Usually the choices will either corrupt her more or have a neutral effect. In general, if you want the romance path, choose something that doesn't corrupt her. Even if it doesn't change the momlove stat per se, avoiding corruption is the way to ensure you're on the romance path.

ah ok thanks thats what i figured.
I see a lot of complaints about the pace of the updates. I guess it just doesn't bother me. I love each additional bit of this story. I like the characters and I actually love the slow pace. If I want to scarf my dessert, there are other games I can enjoy. This feels more like taking an hour to eat a single ice cream, savoring every lick. It is slow, but the visuals are fantastic.
think the upload is till 18.1 because as i started it said 18.1 update so somthing is missing

Game home menu screen says 18.2. Devs shouldn't push out a new build just for spelling fixes.

Based on the changelog, it's supposedly more than just spelling corrections. But I'm just waiting until v0.19 since it didn't sound like much was included for this update.

Well unless it adds content earlier in the game then I'm not sure what it does, as I loaded a save and nothing new happened

I think that's what the changelog is trying to indicate: that it modifies / adds content earlier in the game.
I believe "7 new clips" refers to content inserted into the game before. It's not as clear on its own, but IIRC the dev mentioned that he was adding animations or something to what already existed. That's also why it's v0.18.2 and not v0.19. Lemonkey has typically only added new story content / scenes with a bump in the main version number. Sub-versions have typically only added things like fixes, music, etc.

Whenever I place a new release, I have no trouble at all keeping my hand off my junk while I play, especially through non-porn scenes. I have no idea how so many people get blue-balled. Are people actually loading their last save and then immediately unzipping their pants? Really?

Yes, the actual routes in the game, as of this point, are Mom (Romance) and Mom (Corruption). A route with Liane (the cousin) was started early in the game — there's even an lcorr stat that has increased once so far — but no progress has been made on that since. I can see three possibilities: (1) Lemonkey changed his mind and abandoned that route; (2) he plans to add more into the story (either in earlier parts of the game or hereafter as the plot advances) to progress that route instead; and (3) he will at some point start adding more Liane corruption/romance scenes that are directly tied into the progress of Diane (the mom).

Right.......so far so good !!!! I hate games, witch I had to play over and over again to see all the content (too many routes and too many branches, that influenses too many main routes) as couple of game I have bumper to ( example Sand Storm, The Guy in Charge, Heavy Five, and couple of others) !!!!
Another thing......when game has 2 or 3 routes (max), it would help playing (in my mind), if there was same amout of save slot rows as routes, so I can save each route at its own row and I dont need to search, where the 1 route ends and another continues !!!!!!

I agree that some games provide so many routes that they become too complicated for me to play through everything. I usually end up deciding on what routes are those I most want to see and then limit my playthroughs to those specific routes. If there were, for instance, a single-LI game with 8 girls and both corruption and romance for each (with completely different scenes for all of those routes), I would never play 16 routes. I most likely would choose either corruption or romance for each girl, depending on her personality and what I'd like to see in my game with her. But I would only play through with each girl once in a case like that.
Personally, I don't mind save slots being laid out as they are, but ofc it's a matter of preference. I just use one set of pages for each route. With Mirror Mine, I have renamed "Page 1" of saves to "Liane Route — Page 1" because at the time I thought there might be a Liane route in the game. Then I have "Mom (Romance) — Page 50" and then "Mom (Corruption) — Page 100". Then I just have saves on pages in those number ranges, so my Mom (Romance) playthrough current takes up Pages 50 through 56, and the Mom (Corruption) playthrough is on Pages 100 through 106.

That might be your issue with Dual Family, my issues with that game surpass that reasoning by far, it starts with the pretentious bullshit drama and angst and continues with the frustration of the game never getting anywhere.
The point where he stopped making updates for the game regularly, I had already long given up on it. So for me, the comparison wasn't due to missing or delayed updates, but to the feeling that the game is treading in place instead of moving forward. And to be honest right now at least with the romance path, Lemonkey is moving so slow, he might as well not be moving at all.
