Hell no, not with this slow development, not worth a single penny tbh. I support once, waited almost a year for an update. So if I am stupid and want to waste money, I will do that again but last time I checked myself, I still have some neurons fully functional working so again, No.

Sooooo....all I see for action in tags is groping. After multiple updates of this game is that all there is?
i mean say what you want, but the pace of this game is perfect. But yea, the problem is, it takes forever for updates bc he's most likely working on this game solo

On my front, I've got everything up and running, PC's setup, internet is up, all the monitors are also attached and my backup harddisks are all humming along. That is to say, we're ready to keep chugging along!
Progress has slowed due to the move so I've got some lost time to make up - If I can hit 20% a week, the writing could be mostly done in 2 weeks or so, gonna try my hardest to try to hit this so that we can start scene production sometime in May!
Can't wait to sink my teeth fully into this one. Might do another mid-week update if we can find some time to do some environment previews!

Welcome back to another update folks - had another long weekend this week (long live the King!) and messed up my posting date.
I've chunked away another couple scenes, hopefully we'll be done next week or so, still not quite satisfied with how we're resolving the ending for this chapter. Might need another scene or two to flow in better.
Writing is my favourite part of the process and also the most infuriating. Too many ideas. For every one that made it into the story, there's a dozen that got left on the cutting room's floor.
I've also got entire scenes rendered and thrown out because of pacing/flow. Maybe I should compile these and make a 'director's cut' one day.
That's it for now, have a great week all.

We're finally here! Script has been written, and is at a point where scene production can start. There'll be rewrites as we move along for sure (hence the last 10%), but I can finally hop back into the shot work!

Keeping it vague, but I'm exploring doing some sort of flashes between real world and the dream one. Just to lend a bit more of a graphical feel to the scene. Should be interesting to see if we can pull it off.

OK I love the story...well thought out and well written.
The artwork is great...
Heres the rub...Those of us that have followed along with this (for some years now) have to wonder...We waited all this time to get the current end? Without giving it away...c'mon bro..."inside" not "outside"!!! Jeez...

My comment on "mood lighting" is many scenes are too dark already...so adding some lighting would help a lot to set the mood.

I get pangs of guilt when attempting to just...play a game. This gnawing feeling of anxiety at the back of my head that I'm not doing stuff I should be doing, so I'm back and splitting my time a bit. I can't stay away D:
Bits of stream of consciousness writing below - sorry if it seems I'm rambling a bit. Putting this out in text so that it also help get my thoughts in order.
So, since this is the update that would likely see our characters do the deed, I'll be gently chauffeuring it towards that goal. It's constantly on my mind if I've approached it right. Turning it over in my head, trying to find ways to improve the events leading up to it. It's got to feel natural, and that's the trickiest bit.
I try not to second guess it too much.
The current pacing feel right, but we might need another event to give them a firm kick into gear. Might write in another scene if it comes to it. Might also mean removing a scene (another candidate for behind-the-scenes cut content) so a new one can fit in better. Hard to tell without images to back up the script, but those are slowly coming along so...we'll see.
