Doubt it unless you can get someone who can draw the help you, most games that get uncensor patches need to have the art (genitles) drawn for the patch, japanese h games companies tend not to draw anything under the mosiacs, there's no point if no-one can see them so why bother.

the game is nowhere near long enough or complicated enough to warrent you needing a full save, just play the game and you should have completed it yourself in ~4min
