Just load this game from the above url, could not extract it with winrar X-64 v.3.93 but successfully extract it with 7-zip.
So is the game still in demo or is it the full ver? And to confirm, the game has 18+ sexual content but it is locked by people who paid for their patreon, right?

True. However, I read that there are sexual contents for select group of supporters, the Kickstarters. Hopefully that is (or will be) the version leaked here. I have not download or played it myself
