After seeing the voting results I would say "do not believe anything you read in a post". "Cunning" is tied for first place. The ones who voted for this will not be afraid to lie to get what they want. The second place voting is for "confident". These players are also confident they can pull this off ;).

But seriously, you should make the game YOU want to make. That will turn out for the best. You have to want to make this game very badly, and do that the way YOU want to, or it will likely fail. Trying to make a game to please every player never ends well. Do not make too many paths, and make those you want to see yourself.

At this point, I will compare this to Karlsson's Gambit which I consider one of the most intelligent games out there. Even if it mainly focuses on femdom which I have NO interest in. You CAN play a Male Dom path IF you are the smartest person in the room. I believe that an approach like that, would work well in this game. If the MC is working with British Intelligence, he is obviously no idiot, or they would ignore him entirely. That already sets him on the path of being somewhat calculating (first hand experience). If Emily is the super spy you describe, she is also going to want to deal with someone intelligent. Anyone as accomplished as her is going to see through your deception immediately if you go down that path.

These are just my feelings about making this story idea believable to the player.

My final comment is some of the renders you give as examples are VERY dark and it is nearly impossible to see what is going on.
A little more work with lighting would help a lot.
Also psychologically assessing the players who have voted is very funny. Good bit.

I still see that a lot of people are requesting more info on the approaches. What information do people wish for exactly that is not contained within my detailed breakdown HERE?

Maybe not the best picture for promos then because I have no idea who's that supposed to be if you hadn't explained it.
Maybe not. I want something to help get the mood and atmosphere across but maybe a different one would have been better. There is another image from the same sequence I considered but I like it too much; I promised myself I wouldn't post any of my absolute favourites so not to spoil them. The feedback is fair.

I would not worry about one render. Now that I understand what it was about it is fine. If it had been in that actual story, it would never have been a problem. Being out of context did not help. That one render is not going to make me loose interest in this game. So far I am VERY interested in the entire concept of this game. I will continue to follow this thread and hope that everything is working well for you :) .

I plan on proportions being realistic. No horsecocks or gigantic F-Cup tits.
...F-cup tits are both realistic (they're actually very common) and a lot smaller than one might think; it's just that most women tend to wear bras that are too large in the band size and too small in the cup size.

(also, a lot of anime height/weight/measurements/bra size figures tend to have unrealistically small bra sizes for the bustier girls, which probably contributes to this perception)

Mission Metamorphosis Development Update #1 (27/08/2025)

Welcome to the first of the monthly updates I plan for this project. I will start by getting the 'big' stuff out of the way in regards to progress and plans before I start my own personal ramble:

Chapter 1 Progress:

Chapter 1 Development Roadmap:

  • September 25th: Development Update #2
  • October 30th: Development Update #3
  • November 27th: Pre-Demo Showcase/Development Update #4
  • November 30th: Version 0.01 (Demo) Release.
  • Mid-December: Opening up project for financial support via crowdfunding.
  • December 18th: Dev Update #5/Special Christmas Render Pack for supporters
  • Continued Dev Updates on the last thursday of each month until Chapter 1's release.
  • Late Spring/Early Summer: Chapter 1 Full Release.
Thoughts

Well here is where it all starts folks. I deeply appreciate the early support and eyes this project has recieved and I am happy that it has been well taken. I understand the skepticism that many have expressed regarding the scope of this project, but rest assured I am doing everything I can to do things properly. I hope to earn your trust and respect over time with my results.

My current aim is to release a demo which will cover the first 30% or so of Chapter 1 by the end of November. This is to get the game in people's hands and to allow them to actually see my characters, mechanics, story and approach to sexual content firsthand. After that, assuming it is recieved as well as I am hoping, I aim to begin seeking support via crowdfunding/donations. Which seems fair to do once I have delivered a true proof of concept to audiences. Probably on a platform like SubscribeStar. These monthly dev updates will become payed and will become one of the major incentives for backers, including a monthly render showcase of 4-6 renders a pop. You guys get to enjoy this for free right now as a thank you for your early interest.

In the past week since I announced this project I completed 50 renders which I think is an exceptionally good pace. It is likely not one I will achieve every week, but since the start of August I have completed 153 renders. This averages to 38.25 a week which I think is very solid as the upper end of consistent pace.

For this next month my main goal is to complete all the renders for the stretch of gameplay that the demo will cover so that I can work on that with confidence. I will also begin upgrading the super basic prototype build I have into something that is closer to the demo build. My estimates regarding the demo are very conservative as I am aware of everything that could slow it down and I feel that the end of November is more than achievable. If eveything goes well and I am able to rustle this build up with all the polish I require you may see it earlier in November or even October! Whilst I work on the demo I will continue rendering new images for deeper and deeper into the game so that once the demo is released I am a good way towards finishing the chapter on pace for the first half of 2026.

Something else I would like to announce is the planned structure of the Chapters in regards to the globetrotting elements of this game. Each Chapter will be themed around visiting another country. Just to give you a little teasing taste of where we will be going:

Chapter 1: Italy
Chapter 2: Mexico
Chapter 3: Decided
Chapter 4: Not Finalised
Chapter 5: Not Finalised
Chapter 6: Decided


So yes. Chapter 1 will primarily take place in the bright sunshine of the Italian riviera!

Render Showcase

In the initial renders I posted along with the announcement I only included one of the main character and some people expressed that they wanted to see more of him to help make their mind up on him. I have also decided to treat you with a couple of shots of Emily doing what she loves and a slightly sexier shot of Emily than anybody has seen yet.

I hope you enjoyed my first comprehensive update on the project. Now I have to get back to work.

Having another very productive day. On track to produce 11-12 renders today and I think they are some of the highest quality I have made yet. Yesterday I made 8 which I was also very happy with, so a good streak in total.

I have now completed about 80% of the content that will be included in the demo, at least in terms of renders, and I am hoping to significantly undercut my end of November estimate for it. Hoping to now release the demo in early November or even potentially October.

I have also made some decent inroads with content that goes deeper into the chapter after the demo cutoff point.

Exciting stuff!
