I suppose it depends on your definition of BDSM. Spanking falls under light BDSM, and if that's not your thing, well... it's pretty central to the game. It's always been about humiliating the protagonist in a world set up for exactly that.

I'd say it depends on what you want from the experience. Defeat Mode makes a few things inaccessible, mostly related to Missy coming out on top in both quests and the school day, so doing both will let you see everything.

You need to get around her. Once she starts chasing you, you can either use any of the 4 interactable objects to temporarily stun her or simply go round in a circle.
