• • hello sorry for late answer please make your graphic card settings in the picture.
  • the your system uses on board settings on rpg maker so please change it to the graphic card
  • "3D Einstellungen" .. getting rid of all auto Setting and changing them to Geforce RTX (see pictures)
• ==> Well this did the trick and the videso are performing as expected.

please check your graphic card settings, your system automatically changes to onboard. you need to change it to "use graphic card"

well there is bunch of em, i mostly use dead or alive,street fighter,metal gear solid voice lines

yes because its a fighting game it should work like that otherwise it would be only animation or video you can call it
