The Battle Shrine Maiden Honoka translation that exists in the forum and was also translated by dazed is the Complete/full Edition or in other words the base game+ the dlc so yes the dlc for honoka is translated. (cant confirm since i never finished the honoka translated game but the game thread for that game says its the complete edition).
As for this game dlsite tells me it never got a seperate dlc so i would say its the complete game

I mean, I have defeated the 3rd boss I think (the fog city) and got stuck at all 3 mentioned.
I wouldn’t ask if I did not return to previous towns for over an hour multiple times and talked to every NPCs over to find these. Also I don’t think providing straight answers is too difficult, isn’t it?
I'm looking for original resources, but can't find them anywhere now. It's been too long and many resources have expired
In the comments to Hinoka, they write about adding new scenes in the upcoming update. It's confusing.

).The game itself(base+dlc) was last updated on 14 october 2024 on dlsite and theres no comments from the dev about adding new things to his older games: mizuki and honoka (hes even working on a new game for that matter instead).
So honestly no idea what comments you even talking about.
