i will add screenshot here again but her appearance change in game sprites and in sex animations too (had to redo animations again with the belly )
Idk about crashes but just click on the scroll for hints and just follow its directions. Everything on that list except for the continuation is in the game. Explore the locations, you can't be that lazy dude, explore the locations and interact with them.

I went around all the locations, and the NPCs do not interact with the main character, most of them just repeat the quests or the wives just stand there as dead weight

watch all of nisha scenes... you will have to repeat some scenes 2 or 3 times once you get to sex scene ... cop will intervene and another side quest will open for a new girl
same goes for your neighbor anna do her scenes and you will later be introduced to her daughter aniya
we do need a walkthrough for the game ... and hopefully one of these days i will make a walkthrough myself but i am hoping somebody from community do the walkthrough

How can I do this? If the quest just stands still without progress, I can't select anything after the show Armpits

Nisha has "Self-Respect" and "Obedience" indicators. By paying for services, these indicators change and open access to new services.
To understand this, you need to write a walkthrough? Everything in the game is intuitive. The quests say what to do.
