My Two cents:
Everyone has already ragged on you about Lock Picking, not gonna beat the dead horse.
You need an Editor/Proofreader, to get the English translations into actual English rather than Google Translate, this isn't me being mean, this is me being honest. If I tried to put my thoughts into google translate for your mother tongue it would sound equally bad.
Use the Journal you made to keep track of things that the PC is supposed to do, text will whip past and it's easy to loose track of things.
Leave Mini games out, you already have Easter Egg Hunts, Mini games are bloat. They pad the play time or slow player progression. That is their only function. This is an RPG maker game, it's going to be slow enough compared to other games out there. Now if it actually serves a real purpose, or fits a narrative function, Like a State fair event, then by all means, or include optional Mini games to get things you missed and cannot go back for, as hiding things in places you cannot return to is a common Easter Egg Hunt trope, optional inclusion adds to the experience.
Content is key, the more you give for players to do as optional routes the better. Side content is the Mini game people like to play, and having more than one way to solve a problem is a good way to provide that.
Keep up the hard work, I look forward to seeing where this goes.
