Hear me out, Lets say within the same universe of the black takeover, why not do a series based on school (highschool and college) not just with student but also with teachers and show how you educate everyone to adhere and understand the new laws and their new way of life. Its name is BNWO SCHOOLING

The Moises of 2013 when he was a teenager could have made your idea for a comic come true, but today I don't think he even would. You could use AI and Moiarte's Lora and make the comic yourself.
