I had a moment of time and compared the files in the new download with the old ones I had and these videos are missing in the new download

The previous archives (now removed from OP) had all these videos, but now they're indeed gone (I had to download the new collection just to check).
If you can afford the time and patience, re-inserting these missing videos into their respective folders within the new archive would be a welcome update.
