I'm not very familiar with Blender.
There are several tutorials showing how to create a custom morph with Blender, here's one from "3D with Kenny".
The principle remains the same except that you have to export/import manually from Daz to Blender and vice versa (this part is automatic with the GOZ plugin with Zbrush).
