I would suggest the following translation of the title. Its a bit loose but "Filial Piety" is not exactly a clear concept in english...

I remember finding this one, way back while searching for scat games, but the censorship is just so heavy. Sometimes it feels like half the screen is pixelation.
All of the scat scenes are avoidable. IIRC, it even asks you more than once if you want to continue with it.

First make sure to have Locale Emulator installed. What I did was right click on the iso, hit "Open with" and chose "Windows Explorer." It opened a DVD drive and I right clicked on "setup" and chose "locale emulator" then "Run in Japanese (Admin)." Hit the top button under the image of the game. Next have the last circle marked for the full game installed and the square checked if you want a shortcut on your desktop. Hit the left button under the install location to install. After install, move the English patch files into the Mamboku folder. After that right click on the mamaboku.exe and hit locale emulator then run in Japanese (Admin).

here's the DLsite non ISO version with the English patch, you'll still need to install it and apply the patch----->enjoy
(also the game will ask to change your screen resolution to 1024X768 in order to play).

As badly as I want to play this, I can't figure out how to get it to run properly and I'm not gonna keep jumping through hoops and messing with it when I could be playing other shit. Leaving this comment in the hopes that someone somewhere someday optimizes it for greater ease of use. If motivation is needed, I'd pay 'em a couple bucks.
