Hey, thanks for this. Just a heads up for those that downloaded the no ISO DL site version, you have to change the MAMABOKU to MAMABOKUDL, so it looks like this instead:

why 'tf it's not working... When I launch "inst", there are a lot of characters that are not in chinese (like they are symbols), but I am using a locale emulator. I can't make it works because it doesn't want to use the region (and I am on japanese region too on my computer, I even restarted my computer)
Hi the translated patch isnt working, ive replaced the game files do i need to do something else?
download second option, go to lutris, install a windows game from an executable, the new window have a locale option that is set to system, change to jp, and than follow the install guide

thanks for helping , but When I click on install, I don't see as many options as in the guide, and it's not in Japanese, it's just random letters and numbers, and when I open the game, that's all that appears and then closes.

The installer throws an error if you try to install into the same folder as the installer.exe is in (and proceeds to corrupt the game so you're unable to launch it)
Just incase some people are getting a crash after trying to launch it (and not installing it somewhere else)

Don't know if this is me being a schizo, but to add to the virus thing: I distinctly remember coming across this game like 2-3 years ago on some other site, and having it getting detected as a trojan after running it back then as well.
I don't think it was a false positive either, because I then started getting alerts from other files on the same drive that had never run into issues before. I vaguely remember it renaming certain files as well, but that might be a false memory.
