I haven't played either game in a long time, so I can't honestly compare them.
What I can say is: we aren't going to promise you a corruption game, and then have the main character turn into a cocksucking slut on Day 3 and having unprotected sex by Day 7.
That's not corruption - that's just lazy writing and poor pacing. A good corruption game needs to show the character gradually succumbing over time. Think Grace of Labyrinth Town in terms of pacing.
At the same time "slow burn" can't be a "no burn." We're not going to be dragging this out to the detriment of the story.
There will be a gradual and steady increase in intensity of the scenes as the story progresses.

you might wanna reword the info to like cuckqueen or something instead of ntr as people usually use NTR for the husband/male protag getting cucked

Fair enough, I have never played the game you mentioned as I usually don't invest time in RPGM Games, unless there is a good reason for it, like good mechanics, actual combat etc etc ( Noxian Nights or Adorevia for example ).

I very much agree with games doing that are just lazy writing and poor pacing specially when advertised as "slow burn"
Having a little spicy scene here and there is fine, can work but just like you said depends on how you write it and also on the level of the act, but that is obviously build over time.
In this game obviously it seems to have to do with a mother and a son, So a slow burn is a given for obvious reasoning.
Again I am looking forward to what this will be offering given that we finally get something from a different viewpoint/perspective. Leaves me to just another question, that is I know would be a bit harder to answer and that it is not one that can be given an exact answer, given that the bigger the story the longer it goes on for the longer the development cycle, specially if multiple branches is going to be involved. So my question is, what is you personal aim of a say update cycle ? for example, are you aiming to release an update every 3 months or 4 months average ?
Also thanks for the reply btw, ill give that game you said a go and see what that is about and while at it maybe get a rough idea of what your version of slow burn comes down too.

Sorry, meant which version of Windows. I've had issues in the past with people using older version of Windows with Renpy!

At least this Dev plainly says it's a "marathon corruption"...when I hear that, I think of games like AWAM which doesn't bode well. Translation to me is "wait a couple of years before you see some light sexual contact"

fair and understandable, that is why I asked myself and they did answer it, so we shall see how it goes, I am going to try the game he mentioned when he answered my question on the slow burn so ill hopefully I get a rough idea from that.
