Then you should restart the game and play from start do everything in order,
First skip the prologue
Then go to your room sleep for the first time
You will have 500 mana ,use all the mana on the girls and then go to sleep the servent daughter will have a sex scene when she available one 2nd floor use your power on her then you will get it after that cutscene will play in which Liliana will come to meet you ,after that go to your attic 2nd floor North middle room there is a chest open it to recieve some items and then go to your room ,Alice will be present there and will give you your money back sleep and then leave the house from backyard

There is walkthrough in op with images you should use it and maybe try to talk to the information broker first he is outside of the adventure guild I guess

I think you need to defeat the white orc in catacomb centre and after defeating it you will get the key there is also a optional boss fight in the catacomb

Well you can beat them by progressing the status and to do that spam the dark restoration spell go to skill and click on dark restoration spell again and again it gives you +1 to all stats

Again if you can buy pills which enhances physical power or you just can spam the dark restoration spell(not in fight)
