I won't say that only the vanilla or "Nicest Patch" is canon, since I've written both to carefully avoid the "I love you, Landlady" kind of text you refer to (or childhood friends who live in the same house). This is also why the "Nicest Patch" is never released on the same day as the vanilla version: it takes time to rewrite the text of the story appropriately (rather than just replace one or two character names).Never got an answer last time, so I'll ask again now that a fresh update will draw more eyes: which version is the author's intended canon? Is the incest bolted on by an unaffiliated modder bastardizing their work, or does the vanilla version have blatant incest-substitute "landlady" and "childhood friend who for some reason grew up in the same house with me even though we aren't related" nonsense that's there specifically to be modded over? (The answer to this should really be part of the standard OP format for games with incest patches.)
Ahh, so both are written by you? Then effectively both are canon - parallel universes, if you will - and it's just down to player preference. Thanks for clearing that up, didn't realize this was the rare case where the i-patch is official.I won't say that only the vanilla or "Nicest Patch" is canon, since I've written both to carefully avoid the "I love you, Landlady" kind of text you refer to (or childhood friends who live in the same house). Already updatedany update on incest patch?
I see that the inc patch is not only an incest patch but also contains "hardcore" scenes.
