1.4 gig is some kind of special value for Unity games. I think it's some kind of default-asset payload, because I've seen a bunch of run-of-the-mill Unity things that are all just around that size for no real reason.
... of course, neither this game nor that game were developed in Unity, so it's just a meaningless numerical coincidence. Having realized that, this post is now basically trivia. Of course, that's an accurate description of all my posts, so here goes the "post reply" button anyhow.

Look at the comment below yours. When it first came out it was a 128kb download and then it got changed. No need to be like the furry.
Literally no one other than you complained about the size, and you never mentioned it was only 128 kb. Hell, I'd have assumed it was just a virus if it was that small. Looking back, there's 2 comments about size mixed in with the complaints about Pokephilia, and some quotes from deleted posts in a moderator's comment. A moderator who said the link was fixed more than 6 hours before JJATH called it a joke, and a full day before JJATH commented on the download's size.
