Honesly, I don't know. Pixies in private is clearly said to be very buggy, and I've experienced restless girls bug myself, but I don't know about healthypixies.

I tested by removing healthypixies and everything suddenly just works now...
I thought that Healthypixies was required for some of the pixie commands like moving them back and forth between cage and breeding room but everything just works now...
I don't even know what Healthypixies was supposed to fix or change

TO ANYBODY DEALING WITH CRASHES: the game's crashing because of the assests on the screen, if theres too much units on the screen at the same time the game crash. zoom in and move your camera slower for that not to happen.
