Not many of them, unfortunately.

• This game seems to be based on Black Market, which is not on this site due to loli being too young and mistreated too badly. Also, heredity in that game seems to be very bad, so the only point of breeding is to make lolis.
• The developers of this game are working on ProjectR. It is similar, but you breed monsters for battle, not for sale.
• Ero Hunters. Where you try to build a thriving colony by enslaving and breeding monstergirls. In development, so the game changes a lot between public versions. Maybe even more than ProjectR does.
• Goblin Nest. Kind of like ProjectR, but with no genetics.
• Goblin Lord Wants Me to Become a Virgin Wizard by Managing the Brothel! I call it "Goblin... Brothel" for short. Too much cannibalism for my tastes. And not enough genetics.
• StationMaster and StationMaster 2. Much management and slavery, not so much breeding.
• Portals of Phereon. Not very satisfying, porn-wise, and really complicated gameplay-wise. But you get to breed your ultimate party of adventurers and possibly save the world.
• Strive: Conquest. Kind of like Portals of Phereon, but less so. And breeding seems very optional.
• Dungeon: Keep Her. A lewd version of Dungeon Keeper.
• Breeding Monsters. Way too early in the development to actually play.
• The Demon Lord's Treasure. Assuming you can make sense of the translation, because I can't.
• Corruption Ranch and a bunch of similar games. Not much management, much breeding, much abandoned.

The following games might contain that stuff too, but I haven't played them: Cloud Meadow, Goblin Burrow series, Breeding World War, Strive for Power, Orc Dungeon Management,

I think you need a tentacle room with "Drain eternal" upgrade, and a lot of time and luck.

It’s made with Unity and the game doesn’t look too heavy. I think someone could pull it off eventually, since thankfully the controls are pretty simple. Guess we’ll just have to wait for a hero.

Your best bet for now is to try windows emulation on the phone. Other than that you'll need a source code/unity project (to make APK out of it with Unity Editor) which requires a full decompilation. We need a hero indeed

MBM is surprisingly heavy on CPU/GPU load, because art-animation assets are not optimized.

We recommend using Winlator.
Set up your environment correctly, and avoid installing plugins, as these can significantly impact loading.
A Snapdragon processor is recommended, with performance ideally above Snapdragon 855.
If these requirements are met, simply select the appropriate version and you'll be ready to go.
The MOD version is recommended.

In my experience, pixies carry slaves to the "nearest" room, for certain value of "nearest". So organizing the establishment with this property in mind works fine (you can see my guide to see how I do it).
By the way, for big breeding rooms, "nearest" is counted from the top block, not bottom block.

Also, pixies are much less frustrating than messy "automation" in Goblin... Brothel.
