In my experience, pixies carry slaves to the "nearest" room, for certain value of "nearest". So organizing the establishment with this property in mind works fine (you can see my guide to see how I do it).
By the way, for big breeding rooms, "nearest" is counted from the top block, not bottom block.

Also, pixies are much less frustrating than messy "automation" in Goblin... Brothel.

Getting "automation" running sure wasn't easy, and even then you couldn't do it in the way you imagined.
I think to get it right when connecting rooms, you would need to be able to connect them regardless of how far away they are from each other, managing directions separately still seems like the way to go.

In MBM, the main issue I had was the lack of milking spots and "storage" for offspring in the brothel area and being unable to tell where the pixies had taken people away from. Also they would keep gaining the traits / womb capacity for multiple offsprings, which meant even faster clutter.

In lategame, I usually end up dedicating multiple basement levels just for support of the brothel. So that milking, birthing and child growing rooms for the brothel are separate from those of the monster production. By the way, keeping multiple birth show rooms is a good idea, because it slows down the flood of offspring.

Also, automatic sale of offspring for everybody except a few actually involved in improving genes.

How do I get Minotaur and Salamander?
Drop origin genes into the incubation chamber of the alchemist. I think the tutorial for that should show up on the first day of the week when you're required to provide a minotaur.

Finally got it working on Linux — BepInEx 6 + Mods (No VM needed!)

Yo fellow penguins,


So… I’ve been wanting to play this game on Linux forever without touching a Windows VM. Base game was fine through Lutris + Proton-GE + winhttp=n,b, no problem. But the second I dropped in the modpack (BepInEx 6 + plugins)… boom, nothing worked.


I Googled around and kept seeing “BepInEx 6 isn’t ready for Linux yet”. Tried all the “fixes,” wasted hours, gave up.


But today I finally snapped and said nah, I’m digging into this myself.


  • Grabbed the BepInEx 6 source
  • Checked logs, figured out what was actually failing
  • Rebuilt my own version of BepInEx 6 that actually plays nice with Proton
  • Slapped it into the modpack

…and it freaking works.

What this means for you

  • I’ve got a working modpack zip → just extract it into your base game folder and you’re good.
  • I’m also dropping my clean build of BepInEx 6 → might work in other games, might not, since I tweaked it for this one. But hey, worth a shot.
  • Screenshots included as proof because I know how sus this all sounds.
I know how painful it is watching everyone else on Windows mod away while we’re stuck fighting Proton configs. So yeah — consider this my little gift to the Linux crowd here. Hope it saves some of you the headache I went through.

May use this post as a reminder for people who want to play modded game with BepInEx on Linux, thanks.

Also note for others: the archive warning "VIRUS" - it's F95's false positive. Happens a lot especially with modified Assembled-Csharp.dll files from Unity based titles.

Tits mod V2P helps with that too with asset optimizations, just saying.

Edit: Just got a word from MBM dev that new was updated to 2.1.0.1 with The Pixie bug fixed.
DLSite version update have to wait for a bit (still at 2.0.1.6 I presume), but it's also planned to receive same fix(es) with version number change.

Also probably a dumb question for this topic since it's more related to the tits mod; but anyone know what they mean by big belly support?

Is that a reference to a feature in complex breeding, or is there another mod that I simply cannot find?

Modpack contains BepInEx plugins which should work with any version of the game (latest ones). User just need to be sure BepInEx is working correctly on their end.

Tits mod is version dependent so you can't make it to run properly on a version it wasn't built for. Reason for that is assets/scripting changes in data and Assembly .dll file.

"Big belly support" is the plugin which makes Tits mod to use special visuals for increased pregnant belly size depending on Fetus count inside a slave. Default game allows for 3 fetuses, but if user plays with Complex Breeding mod it allows for 5 fetuses which Tits mod also account for with visuals.
It doesn't support all poses for now, only when slave is in Idle standing or Rest (sitting position). Reason for that is I still need to rewamp literally every single skeleton and adjust visuals for every situation. Will be done eventually, along with proper asset optimization but I can only work on it when I have time.

Visual renders for Fetus 1 - 3 (max default) - 5 (CB max)

Stupid question: how do I get the personal estate? I know I need to play to day 51; what I mean is, where is the menu or UI option to buy the estate? I'm on day 52 now, and I can't find it.

Press that button when you have 50k cash.
Although I think you can buy it earlier than day 50, if you have the cash.

You can get it as early as day 20. Just need to pay 50k money for it, as seen on the screenshot in the reply above.

It seems like this mod has conflicts with other mods in the Surgy modpack. Now I can’t use F5. Did I do something wrong, or is it just that the mod isn’t compatible with the modpack?

Which mod is "this mod"?
Also, it would help if you post a screenshot of your game directory.
