This is intended. Slaves can be born only from Human males like Player or brothel clients. Basically, that's what you need brothel for, to mass produce slaves with good traits and manage slave bloodlines.
You CAN get monster hybrid slaves if you use the Complex Breeding mod. For example you can rarely get a goblin or orc girl.

I cant seem to get the cheat menu to come up? What button makes it show??Cool, they finally fixed BepInEx so it can properly run BepInExConfigManager again (called by F5 key).
IDK what happened to the original modpack topic that it drifted into read-only Rejected Game Requests forum.
So I'll post the mods here for now even if it'll be more difficult to find them this way.
The latest version of MapKeyboardExtended in the modpack allows (un)age/undress/recolor/partially modify (tails/ears/tits/tattoo) everyone under multi-selection at once. The additions are unconfigurable and mapped to keys 1-9 on numeric pad in NumLock mode temporarily. So, hevensdragon, mass undressing can be done with Numeric Pad 2 key.
I also removed uncensor as it's not needed for now.

Moved tits unlocker to a separate mod disabled by default.
Added BiE6 ports of ComplexBreeding, CBwithTits, CBforDummies and CheatMenu (originally called MBMModMenu).
Press F5 to open the mod configuration menu, then enable the cheats mod and restart the game. It should be permanently visible after that.

I don't think slave pens can get any other upgrade than classroom when you're running Complex Breeding.
Scroll up a bit and read flannan's guide to Complex Breeding that's linked in their signature. It'll also tell you some other changes that you might not expect.

From what I know, essences for offspring depend on the essences of the parents. So if you want to get a goblin with some specific essence, you need to breed them with a slave that already has some of that essence, although not every offspring from that union will get all parents' essence. Essence amount improves with successive generations.
The only ways to get new types of essence are
a) Slaves/monsters bought from slave trader. Essences depend on race and profession.
b) Brothel clients. Some factions have better chances at providing certain essences, e.g. the wizarding faction can get you slaves with magic essence offspring. Use room upgrades of brothel rooms to allow only certain factions. It's random though, so prepare lots of gold.
c) Tentacle rooms. Upgrading tentacle rooms will allow you to drain essences (and physical stats like breast/womb size) and gain vitality (shared among all tentacle rooms), or add essence, which costs you vitality. It's random though, so you should probably only try to add essences to slaves with a huge remaining birth count and check regularly to make sure they don't become infertile before being able to give birth to slave offspring.
Also remember that you need specific essences to get slaves from monster breeding. E.g. if you want a human-goblin mating to produce slave offspring, the human needs some demonic essence - otherwise all offspring will be goblin monsters. Check essence descriptions for more info.
thank you. i just cant get sacred essence. dunno what i am doing wrong. foxes with magic i can get. but not with sacred. and with werewolfes i get sacred but too much unwanted essence and sacred only carries over in the minus
Slaves with priest and paladin professions usually have sacred essence.
And I think some unique slaves have sacred essence too.
If your brothel is really popular, people from knight order (blue clients) sometimes have sacred essence.

Yes, but you first need to buy the Estate for 50k gold. Button at the bottom center.
