The import choices allow you to have Dragomira as a legitmate monogamous partner, a friend with benefits, or "the other woman" that the MC is cheating on their chosen monogamous partner with.

Another weird thing I found in the import choices is that you're given the harem option even if you didn't become the head of the wolf pack.

In the original game you had to become the leader of the wolf pack, in order to get the harem ending. If you let Nina be the leader, the harem path was closed off.
